My ultimate passion is running, and I find inspiration in "Relentless Forward Progress" by Bryon Powell. This book has become my personal mantra, and I believe it can be applied to all aspects of life. I have successfully used this approach to lead my school to success, and I am confident that I can coach you to achieve your running goals. About Coach Mike
For over 40 years, I have been an enthusiastic runner, participating in races ranging from 5k to 100-mile ultra-marathons. My most significant achievement was completing the Leadville Marathon, which is held at an elevation of over 10,000 feet.
Despite using various free online training plans over the past two decades, I have only found myself injured or failed to reach my goals. However, since becoming a UESCA certified coach, I have developed a personalized plan based on scientific research that has helped me achieve new heights in my running.
As a former teacher and elementary principal, I am excited to pair my teaching skills with my running expertise to help others achieve their running goals.
